Sat 31 Jul - Mon 01 Aug - Bank Holiday Meet - Connemara
August weekend in Connemara!

The plan is to camp in Dogs Bay, just around the corner from Roundstone.

The campsite is within site of the Errisbeg Crag. Climbs here are one or two pitches.

There is also possible climbing in Glen Inagh, for those who have the stamina and experience.  The climbs here are much longer - some of the longest climbs in the country are here - Carrot Ridge is a 275 m D.

If the weather is not so good, Connemara also hosts some of the best hill walking territory in Ireland - The Glen Coghan horseshoe and the Maamturks come to mind.

All in the fabulous surroundings of Connemara - and it's only a few hours from Dublin
